Once I realized that I had a serious weight problem, I decided to start trying to cook healthier meals. I went through my pantry, evaluated the different foods that I was eating regularly, and started thinking about what I was putting into my mouth. It was amazing to see the difference that it made. After I started choosing more ingredient-conscious meals, my entire body changed. I lost body fat and put on more muscle.
